Check Policy
Winfield’s Jewelry accepts local checks only with valid Texas driver license, work and home phone numbers. Large checks will be held for collection before merchandise is delivered. Cashier checks will be verified with issuing bank or institution.
Credit Cards
Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit cards are accepted with verification. Customer information is required on E-Commerce orders.
Return & Exchanges
All returns or exchanges must be in new condition with original packaging. Returns or refund must be made within 10 days of purchase. There will be a 10% restocking fee on refunds.
Exchanged merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase with no restocking fee.
Special orders, giftware items, batteries, and repair fees are not refundable.
Layaways
There is a 3 month layaway period. Payments are 33% down and balance must be received by the end of the layaway. All layaway payments are non-refundable. Layaways not paid by the end of the layaway term will receive a 20% restocking fee and a store credit will be issued for the balance of payments. Store credit must be used within 6 months or will be lost.
1 Year Limited Warranty
All jewelry is warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year after date of purchase. All layaway payments are non-refundable. Layaways not paid by the end of the layaway term will receive a 20% restocking fee and a store credit will be issued for the balance of payments. Store credit must be used within 6 months or will be lost.
Trade-In
Diamond jewelry will be accepted for trade in on an individual basis. Trade-ins must be towards an upgrade and some merchandise may not qualify for trade-in. See sales associate for assessment.
